Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken Taco Soup

Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken Taco Soup

1 lb. chicken (can be frozen)

16 oz. salsa

1 c frozen corn

1/3 c flour (or cornstarch)

1/3 c evaporated milk

Optional toppings – shredded cheese, sour cream, crushed tortilla chips

 

Mix first three ingredients in slow cooker. Cook for 4-6 hours. Shred chicken using two forks in slow cooker. Mix flour and milk in small bowl. Stir into soup. Ladle into bowls, top with your preference of toppings, and enjoy!
